No official release date has been announced, but we have an update on the upcoming season. Production on the second season of 1923 is moving from Montana to Austin, Texas, with SkyShowtime CEO Monty Sarhan recently revealing that shooting has already begun.
“They are filming a new season right now,” Sarhan said at an event. “Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren are hard at work.”
Shooting is expected to run through September, so it’s safe to say 1923 won’t return with new episodes until 2025. Based on the above info, our best guess for a return date would be mid-2025.
