‘Got So Mad’: Not Kevin Costner, Another Yellowstone Star Who Channeled His

Wes Bentley once stormed off due to his anger towards the Yellowstone cast.

Yellowstone is known for having quite a lot of drama behind the scenes. The Taylor Sheridan and Kevin Costner feud has taken over the majority of the show’s conversations. While many would

assume that the interpersonal issues on the show would end here, it would seem that another actor had a very public outburst in front of everyone on set.

Jefferson White gave an interview where he revealed that Wes Bentley once stormed off during the shooting of the very first season of the series, and many fans would be surprised to know the reason.

Wes Bentley Stormed Off Yellowstone
During an interview with the Official Yellowstone podcast, Jefferson White, who plays the role of Jimmy Hurdstrom in the series, spoke on several parts of the series. He specifically revealed an interesting story involving an actor storming off. While many would assume it to have been Kevin Costner, considering the rumors of his feud with Taylor Sheridan, it was Wes Bentley, who plays Jamie Dutton in the series.

It would seem that during one very intense point during the production of the first season, the Hunger Games actor walked off and left the entire cast and crew behind to clear his mind.

The entire situation seems reminiscent of Christian Bale, who famously did something similar during the filming of his 2009 film, Terminator Salvation. An audio recording was leaked of the actor on set, screaming at the director of the film and threatening to quit. While this instance was a lot more serious, the story behind Bentley’s storm out was a lot less.

Bowling is Not Wes Bentley’s Strength

Jimmy Hurdstrom revealed in the interview that the entire cast had gone to play a game of bowling. Such activities are quite common during the filming of projects, as they help in team building and act as a break from the tiring schedules of Hollywood. Only this activity did not seem to be very relaxing for Wes Bentley.

It would seem that the actor brings about quite a competitive spirit, and he did not like that he was behind in the bowling match. He got so frustrated that he walked away from the scene entirely. He left his entire cast and crew, simply because he was losing a match of bowling.

It is safe to say that the entire situation must have been hilarious for everyone else who was involved.
