Sharon Watts has made a risky move as The Six’s story continues in EastEnders.
She has grown suspicious that Bernie Taylor may be onto The Six’s plot to cover-up the murder of her
brother Keanu by framing Dean Wicks.
Bernie thinks Sharon killed her brother and has been sending Linda Carter threatening letters to get her to grass on Sharon. In reality, Linda killed Keanu on Christmas Day to stop him from strangling Sharon.
In Thursday’s (August 15) episode, Sharon lashed out at Bernie for baiting Linda with alcohol. She almost immediately realised she’d made a big mistake when Bernie snapped back at her.
“I ain’t taking [this] from you,” Bernie shouted.

Sharon then considered offering Bernie a place to live so she could keep an eye on her. Phil Mitchell argued against making this offer, though he had his own concerns with Reiss Colwell and left it to Sharon to make the final decision.
Sharon ultimately decided not to invite Bernie to move in with her, instead choosing to pay for her rent in one of Jack Branning’s available flats.
In the Vic, Sharon approached Bernie to apologise for her outburst. When Bernie mentioned she was “in a bit of a crisis” over where to live, Sharon agreed to front her money for rent.

“You’ve had a tough time, Bernie, everyone knows that,” Sharon told her. “I want to help… I’m not just doing it for you. I’m doing it for Keanu.”

Bernie smiled as she accepted the offer, but quickly turned to a sinister expression once Sharon went to leave.
While she celebrated with roommates Chelsea and Felix over their rent-free flat, Bernie wasn’t dropping her grudge against Sharon.
