The following article contains spoilers from an episode of EastEnders that hasn’t aired on BBC One yet, but is available to view on BBC iPlayer.
Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick) landed in hot water in EastEnders as partner Honey (Emma Barton) told him off for swearing.
Last week, the Mitchells were left in a stressful situation after discovering the money from Lola’s fundraiser had been stolen.
In the aftermath, many family members pointed the finger at Stevie (Alan Ford) while Will (Freddie Phillips) has defended his grandad – because he was actually responsible. In the latest episode to be uploaded to BBC iPlayer, Phil (Steve McFadden) had discovered Stevie on the floor of Billy’s house, unaware at the time Will pushed him.
As Will took off and hid at the park after the angry outburst, he was found by Billy and Honey.
The parents apologised to Will for not believing him over Stevie’s innocence, and then Billy received a phone call.
On the call was Phil. When Billy glanced at the phone, he said ‘King Phil’, annoyed because he thinks he’s the leader of the Mitchell family.
The problem? Honey overheard her partner and thought he actually said ‘F***ing Phil’!Woops!
Honey quickly told Billy off and said there was no need to swear during this situation, but she was eventually corrected.
Attention then turned back to Billy’s phone due to Phil calling him again.
He informed the family about Stevie’s fall and they rushed off to hospital, with Billy and Honey completely unaware their son – who they see as a good person – was responsible for putting his granddad’s life at risk.
